Daniel Escudero
Daniel Escudero is a criminal defence lawyer in Ontario, called to the Bar in 2023. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, a Double Masters in Policing Intelligence and Counter Terrorism and International Security Studies (MA) from Macquarie University, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Southampton, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from York University.
He represents individuals facing criminal charges at all stages of the process, including bail hearings, trials, guilty pleas, sentencing, and trial proceedings before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. Before founding his own practice, Daniel worked in high-volume litigation environments where he developed a disciplined approach to case preparation, evidence analysis, and courtroom advocacy.
